Starting August 4, I’ll be teaching an online course for aspiring comic artists via Andy Schmidt’s Comics Experience.

Over the course of the six weeks, I’ll be sharing my knowledge and experience in the comics industry to teach students from the ground up.

Classes are Monday nights, starting August 4th, from 9-11pm.

Be a comic book artist! Renowned comic book penciler Reilly Brown (Deadpool, Power Play, Amazing Spider-Man, Hercules) teaches you how to improve your storytelling, what the professional standards are, how to avoid common pitfalls, how to build a great cover, and strategies for breaking into the business!

You’ll complete five pages of sequential comics pages under the guidance of your instructor and you’ll get all the behind the scenes tips he can pack into six weeks.

And best of all, Comics Experience maintains a fun and creative environment built on positive reinforcement and encouragement. This is a safe place to bring your work and grow. You’ll get honest feedback meant to help move you forward.
